Basic rules how to operate VOLIS.

Left menu bar allows to choose between the counties and municipalities.

Upper menu bar allows:

From "Memberships" it is possible to look different groups and their members.

From "Sitting" it is possible to look at the prepared, live or recorded meetings (if webcast is allowed by the local authority), protocols and documentation. For watching the meetings, user’s device browser must have the support of the flash-player.

From "Legislations" it is possible to search drafts and law acts of the selected local authority.

From "Initiatives" it is possible to insert proposals to the selected local authority (authorized login is necessary). It is also possible to publish those proposals for the gathering of the digital support signatures by the population.

From the „Participate“ or „Poll“ it is possible to take part of the budgetary participation process, or give a vote in the polls which are opened by the local authority.
